Your guests came to Barbados for something special. A long table over the water, the sun going down, food and drinks worth lingering over — that’s the part of the trip people talk about afterwards. We’ve hosted everything from intimate dinners to large parties, and we love putting an evening together.

However you picture it, we’ll build it around you:

• A menu made for your group. We always create special menus for parties and work with your budget.
• Open bar options if you’d like drinks taken care of.
• The space, your way. Keep one floor open for regular diners and book out the other, or take the whole place — both floors, all to you.
